Refund and Cancellation

At Bagwan Welfare Society, we deeply value your contributions and support for our initiatives aimed at promoting sustainable development and uplifting underprivileged communities. However, as a nonprofit organization, we operate with specific policies regarding donations and other transactions made through our website.

1. Donations

1.1 All donations made to Bagwan Welfare Society are voluntary and are considered non-refundable.
1.2 Donors are encouraged to thoroughly review the donation amount and other details before proceeding with the transaction.
1.3 If you believe there was an error in the donation process or wish to inquire about a refund under exceptional circumstances, please contact us at bagawansociety@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the discretion of the management.

2. Event or Program Cancellations

2.1 If you have made a payment to register for a specific event or program organized by Bagwan Welfare Society and wish to cancel your registration:

• A cancellation request must be submitted in writing to bagawansociety@gmail.com at least 7 days prior to the event date.
• Refunds for event cancellations will be considered based on the nature of the program and the expenses already incurred.
• Any applicable administrative fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

2.2 In the case of an event being canceled or postponed by Bagwan Welfare Society, you will be offered a refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future event.

3. Errors in Payment

3.1 In the event of an error during the payment process (e.g., duplicate payments or incorrect amounts):

• Upon verification, refunds for such errors will be processed within 10-15 business days via the original payment method.

4. Cancellation of Memberships or Sponsorships

4.1 Membership fees or sponsorship contributions, once paid, are non-refundable.
4.2 If you wish to discontinue your membership or sponsorship, please notify us in writing. Any associated benefits or commitments will cease at the end of the current term.
